We are looking for a detail-oriented JR Project Manager to support day-to-day coordination across cross-functional teams in Seattle, Washington. This is a Contract position focused on keeping project activities organized, improving fulfillment and shipping workflows, and helping ensure work stays on schedule. The ideal candidate brings a foundation in formal project management and is comfortable working with operational teams to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project timelines, task tracking, and status updates to keep initiatives moving forward across multiple teams.
• Partner with operations, shipping, and fulfillment stakeholders to support efficient execution and timely delivery of project-related activities.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks or delays early, and communicate actionable updates to team members and leadership.
• Organize project documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up items to maintain accurate records and accountability.
• Help align cross-functional priorities by facilitating communication between project participants and operational partners.
• Support process improvements related to shipping, receiving, and fulfillment workflows where project oversight is needed.
• Assist with planning meetings, preparing progress summaries, and ensuring next steps are clearly defined and assigned.

• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, or fulfillment-related operations.

• Experience supporting projects in a coordination or entry-level project management capacity.

• Working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and structured delivery methods.

• Background collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder updates and team coordination.

• Ability to track details accurately and follow through on action items with minimal supervision.
