No previous automotive or sales experience is required. We provide the training and support you need to learn the business and become successful.

long-term career in automotive sales. What You'll Do As a Car Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with customers throughout the vehicle-buying process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome customers and create a positive dealership experience.
- Ask questions to understand customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
- Help customers select vehicles that fit their needs.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and explain available options.
- Accompany customers on test drives and answer questions about the vehicle.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email.
- Work with Sales Managers and the Finance Department to help complete vehicle purchases.
- Stay knowledgeable about current inventory, vehicle features, and available programs.
- Provide professional customer service from the initial contact through delivery.
- Follow all Bowser Automotive policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

- Possesses a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Previous experience in
retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, recruiting, insurance, real estate, or other customer-facing positions is a plus-but not required.
