We're seeking a motivated Dental Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to grow in cosmetic dentistry while working with advanced technology like 3D iTero scanners and digital workflows. Job Description Chairside Excellence: Assist Drs. Brown & Cawley with cosmetic and restorative procedures, anticipating needs for seamless workflow.
Digital Dentistry: Operate 3D iTero scanners and take digital X-rays with precision.
Patient Care: Educate patients on treatment plans and post-op care with warmth and professionalism.
Clinical Support: Prepare operatories, maintain sterilization protocols, and manage instruments.
Practice Efficiency: Schedule appointments, update records in Dentrix, and ensure smooth patient flow.
Team Collaboration: Contribute to our positive, "work hard, play hard" culture.
full-time $18 - $20 per hour

Monday-Wednesday: 8 AM–5 PM
Thursday: 8 AM–2 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–3 PM

VA Dental Assistant Registration (or willingness to obtain)
Passion for cosmetic dentistry and patient care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and team mentality
1+ years of dental assisting experience
Familiarity with Dentrix and 3D scanning
Knowledge of dental anatomy and restorative procedures
Self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude
Detail-oriented and eager to learn
Brings positive energy to our drama-free zone
